Insufficient Emulsification Ability of Heavy-Duty Grease Cleaner

Customer Problem: A heavy-duty kitchen grease cleaner sprayed on a range hood emulsified the grease, but it quickly re-coagulated and dripped down, resulting in incomplete cleaning.
