The upgraded version features a high-elasticity, abrasion-resistant double-coated fabric: 40D polyester base material + TPU waterproof coating (IPX6) with heat-sealed edges, and a breathable microporous coating on the other side (6000g/㎡·24h). Abrasion-resistant PU coating (over 50,000 abrasion resistance) is added to high-friction areas.
After the upgrade, water seepage complaints decreased by ≤3%, stuffiness feedback decreased by 88%, lifespan was extended to 18 months (3 times the original), and the positive review rate increased from 72% to 95%, driving an 80% increase in the brand's cycling gear sales.
